As the Partnership & Event Manager - Sporting Membership, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management and best-in-class delivery of all Sporting Membership agreements; from initial planning through to on-event co-ordination and follow-up. 

Purpose of the role:

• Operate as an integral part of the team to directly manage the relationship between Goodwood and a very specific portfolio of Sporting Members
• Ensure Sporting Members receive the best possible customer experience from Goodwood, whilst building on existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to drive incremental revenue
• Deliver demonstrable value to both the Sporting Member and Goodwood and support the sales and renewals process
• Effective booking, handling and planning of all contracted member events, as well as relevant headline events throughout the year, ensuring each one is perfectly executed and that the customer is at the heart of the full planning journey
• Champion Goodwood’s vision and values at all times

What you’ll need:

• End-to-end planning experience of both small and large scale events, across multiple venues
• Strong customer focus and desire to proactively deliver 'excellence'
• Experience of working in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments, ideally within a luxury brand
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with outstanding attention-to-detail
• Collaborative nature with a proven track record in forming positive working relationships
• Comfortable working with Senior Executives and Event Managers in global organisations
• Friendly approach with a 'can do' attitude
