The Oasis Leisure Complex is looking to recruit confident, polite, flexible people to work as Trainee Lifeguards at our West Sands Holiday Park, in Selsey (8 miles south of Chichester).

If you are physically fit and a strong swimmer we can arrange for you to receive training to achieve the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. We will pay for this training, and pay your wages while you receive the training - provided that you stay working with us for 6 months once you are qualified.

We have opportunities for full or part time positions for Trainee Lifeguards. There are a variety of shift options (early, middle or late) available to cover our opening facility opening hours which are from 7am - 8 or 9pm.

In the summer months you would most likely need to be available over the weekends and also on bank holidays - however over the winter months we do have some positions available for week days only.

Wages start at minimum wage (depending on your age) however everyone gets a pay review after 3 months and it is quite possible that your wages will then go up, subject to your performance and your qualifications.

You will need to be able to commute to Selsey each day - please see this map for our location; alternatively we do have a limited number of spaces in our staff accommodation if you live out of the area and would like to relocate (this is subject to availability and a cost will apply).
