Are you passionate about high-quality local produce and enjoy working in a customer-facing role? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Farm Shop Assistant to join our team, with a focus on supporting our busy butchery counter.

About the Role:

As part of our farm shop team, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and helping customers choose from our range of fresh meats.

Training will be provided to support your knowledge of our products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers at the butchery counter with product selection and advice
• Preparing, weighing, and packaging meat products
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Restocking displays and ensuring counters are well-presented
• Supporting general shop duties including till work and stock rotation

About You:

• Good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
