Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager to cover maternity leave for a Dorset based Not for Profit organisation. This would be to start during October for an initial period of 6 months, with a good possibility of an extension.

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a small team, you will have responsibility for maintaining all financial records and managing/overseeing a complex payroll for up to 200 employees, production of monthly management accounts and analysis, managing retail/fundraising gift aid submissions, ad hoc projects as required and dealing with recruitment and annual appraisals for the accounts team.

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a strong finance background, experience of production of monthly management accounts and all aspects of payroll. Good knowledge of Sage 50/Sage Payroll, staff management and experience of working within a Not for Profit organisation would also be required. Strong Excel and good interpersonal skills would also be essential. Excellent working environment, parking and pension.
