Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager/Company Accountant for a small successful subsidiary of a group of companies based in West Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join the business and play a key part in its continued success.

Reporting to the MD locally and working with other colleagues in the Group, you will oversee a very small team and take responsibility for: all transactional processes, prepare and manage cash flow, monthly, quarterly and year end financials to UK Gaap, product costing, co-ordinating the audit process, manage the budgeting process and variance analysis, ensuring timely tax submissions, provide operational support and analytical support to senior managers as required, continually assess/review systems and procedures.

Ideally you will be CCAB qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar hands on role, good commercial skills and strong Microsoft Office including Excel. You will need to have ambition and drive to assist with planned growth. Previous Sage experience is essential, knowledge of US Gaap would be desirable. Excellent working environment, on site parking.
