Reward Advisor - Dorset - Circa £30k - Permanent
Due to recent internal movement, there is a new requirement for a Reward Advisor to join the established HR team. You will provide expertise and guidance in the specialism of pay, pensions and benefits as well as helping to develop and maintain the annual review process.
Additional duties will include :-
• Manage the relationship with market data providers, and oversee pay benchmarking processes including completing salary surveys
• Support and advise the HR strategy on all reward related issues and initiatives
• Through training and working alongside the HR team, gain specialist knowledge in reward, planning any resulting changes in policy or process and briefing colleagues accordingly
• Awareness of TUPE regulations in relation to pensions and work with pension providers to ensure smooth transition of TUPE'd employees
• To track the spend and take up of employee benefits
• Proactively identify reward trends and interpret the potential implications for the design and delivery of the reward strategy
• To keep up to date with research and best practice in reward
• To become involved in other ad-hoc tasks as required
