We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in a busy fast-paced environment, supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Customer Experience Director.
You will effectively manage all aspects of their day-to-day activities and represent in all interactions with external and internal customers, including VIPs and the Board of Directors.
You will be used to handling ever changing priorities with ease, be able to connect the dots between multiple activities and interfaces and be at the top of your game in your current organisation with your finger on the pulse.
You will have strong executive administration experience and skills and be an advanced user of Microsoft Office. You will have an obsession for perfection and meticulous attention to detail. You will thrive on working in a fast paced and exciting environment.
Keeping ahead of the curve of ever-changing priorities, through active listening, reading, and communicating is key to success.
You’ll be working as part of a fun and collaborative team, including Cara a highly experienced EA and Billie our superstar Leadership Team Assistant.
