The Head of Human Resources is a key role in the Aldingbourne Trust. You will lead on Employment Relations, Resourcing & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Quality and Organisational Development.
You will be required to develop and deliver people management strategies which support the Board’s overall strategic aims and objectives. You will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR & Quality priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions which support our aims.
You will take responsibility for ensuring your team provide expert professional advice, coaching and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management and quality, which fully reflects the Trust's ethos as an employer of choice, as well as meeting current employment legislation and best practice.
