A top 20 accountancy practice are looking for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Orpington based office.

Reporting directly to the Tax Partner/Director you will gain the responsibility for managing the tax department on a day-to-day basis. Much of your day will be spent advising your portfolio of clients as well as supervising the rest of the personal tax team.

About You:

• CTA Qualified
• Coming from a background in public practice management or assisting managers is key to this role.
• A keen understanding of business development and the proactivity to increase the company's current client base
• Seeking career progression and perhaps the opportunity to join a bigger firm
• Ability to effectively communicate with both clients and members of staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• A willingness to take on extra responsibilities when they arise.

The salary associated with this role has been set by the agency and should therefore be viewed as market rate.
