Who are you?

You're a qualified dispute resolution solicitor, between 3-6 years PQE, with experience advising both claimants and defendants on a broad range of commercial disputes. You're successfully running your own caseload with limited supervision but you want to take the next step up and work with more challenging cases. Does this sound like you?

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of a close-knit team working on complex, high end work. This large team is headed by a partner and will give you the opportunity to work with solicitors and executives across a variety of experiences, giving you an opportunity to assist more junior members whilst developing your own skills and learning from the senior members of the team.

Your role

You will have your own caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters as well as supporting the current team on more complex issues. Being able to work as part of a team is essential as the focus on collaboration means you will regularly be working closely with the other members of the team.

The firm's strategy means the team is focused on high-end work which rivals the quality afforded to city firms from an "enviable list" of mid to large scale corporate clients.

How will you be supported?

Exceptional access to the teams senior members including at a partner-level means you will be dealing with complex and challenging matters but given the support and experienced team you need in order to develop with these challenges. There is a particular opportunity to work with a partner and some of the team in high profile and high value follow-on damage competition claims.
