Research Assistant (fixed term from September 2018 until August 2019)
Study: Will blueberry intake enhance the beneficial effects of regular exercise for health in overweight females?
We are looking for a Research Assistant to support a study on primarily the effects of blueberry intake on whole-body fat oxidation and fatty acids during moderate intensity exercise in overweight females in a 3-month personalised brisk walking program.
To be successful in this role you will be qualified to Masters level in Sport and Exercise Physiology or equivalent. In addition, you will have demonstrable experience in physiological data collection and analysis, sports nutrition research, blood sampling and ELISAs, and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals. This post will be based at the Chichester Campus and will report to Professor Mark Willems.
