A growing top 10 accountancy practice are looking for a Tax Assistant to join their large Private Client team in their Salisbury, Wiltshire office.

Private Client work is a key component of this firm's service line, with Salisbury being at the forefront of this, meaning you will be in the middle of action and learning from people who have an excellent understanding of the industry. You will be working closely with Managers and Partners, many of whom have over 10 years of experience in tax.

This role would suit you if you are just starting out on your tax career and have an interest in learning and progressing at one of the UK's largest firms. Within the role you will be responsible for providing a good service to a portfolio of clients, including private client tax returns, with excellent attention to detail. You may also have the opportunity to attend client meetings both on and off site.

What are we looking for?

• You could be a university graduate or have just left school and with an interest in tax
• May have worked within an accountancy firm before in an administration role and keen to move into a different career
• Seeking to build on their career in tax
• A willingness to learn and complete the ATT exams
• Good understanding of personal tax
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Confident in a busy environment
