About the Role & the Person

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and professional Bookings Administrator to join our vibrant community at West Dean. 

As a Bookings Administrator, you will handle incoming bookings and enquiries, primarily for our wide array of creative short courses, as well as accommodation.  You may be the first point of contact for our guests, so the ability to deliver excellent customer service, whilst maximising bookings and ensuring effective administration is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer services and administration, have excellent communication skills, with a positive and solutions focused approach.

The role is predominantly telephone based, working as part of a fantastic team, and there may be opportunity for hybrid-homeworking (following successful probation period).

The role is based at West Dean, the idyllic Grade II listed rural campus in the stunning South Downs near Chichester (West Sussex).

This role can be either 21 or 28 hours per week to be worked over 3 or 4 days, between Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. including the occasional Saturday on a Rota basis.
