The School of Education and Childhood Studies is seeking to recruit a Student Placement Officer to provide a comprehensive support service in relation to student administration through all aspects of the student placement process in the School.

This is a busy and varied role, which will include email and telephone communication with students, colleges, schools and nurseries; and interview potential students for the placement schemes.

Candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills and be used to dealing with a wide range of individuals and meeting tight deadlines.  You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team and be customer focussed in your approach.

There will be visits to educational settings and travelling will be required.
