Salary: £41,025 to £43,820 per annum

We are recruiting for a Housing Needs and Advice Manager to lead our Gosport BC Housing Options Service and to develop an excellent customer focussed Housing Options service.

The Housing Options team provides a front line service for residents who are looking for somewhere to live, and is the gateway to all social housing in the area.

Candidates must be highly motivated with a sound knowledge of housing legislation in relation to homelessness, social housing and private housing sector.

You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the Housing Options service, supporting the Portsmouth City Council Housing Options Manager who will provide the strategic lead.
