Are you looking for a Key Account Manager position that can utilise your existing skills? We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for a large Aerospace company in Fareham. This role will be reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager and you will be responsible for managing one of the company's largest Aerospace clients. As a Key Account Manager you will deliver satisfaction by ensuring the clients expectations are anticipated, understood and met while developing business and enhancing profitability on the account. You will be in charge of carrying out all commercial and contractual negotiations between the company and client whilst strengthening the relationship to build customer loyalty.

The company designs and manufactures aviation parts for both the civil and defence industries, they are a global company which deal with companies all across the world.

What will you be doing?

Your main role will be varied and as well as providing customer support to a large key account you will also support a series of smaller accounts. You will need to understand and anticipate your client's needs and expectations by establishing a wide and strong networking between the company & the client.

As well as this you will carry out all commercial and contractual negotiations with the client. You will be responsible for all bids related to the account and should look to maximise turnover from the account.

The main account you will be looking after are a global client but you will be solely looking after the UK business. This role will involve travel to visit the client but is purely UK based.

You will need to hit the ground running so it is essential that you have a commercial aviation background. You will be passionate about customer service and be a proactive not reactive individual.
