An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner or Senior Associate to join a successful Southampton firm with a clear vision for the future. The role will be to head the Conveyancing team, and whilst previous management experience is preferred, ambitious Senior Associates will also be considered. Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Conducting fee earning work covering all aspects of Residential Property work
• Lead an experienced Conveyancing team, including Plot Sales fee earners
• Ensuring the highest level of client care is achieved
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients and referrers
• Monitoring and evaluating departmental & individual achievements by reporting to the Head of Department & relevant Partners

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills along with extensive post qualification experience within Residential Property work. Good IT skills are essential for this role with the ability to work well under performance measures. You will also be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and a commitment to building your own successful practice and the profile of the team.
