Commercial Property Solicitor – Bournemouth

Commercial Property Solicitor required to join a respected Legal 500 firm based in Bournemouth.

You will be join a regarded team providing full and practical advice on all matters relating to commercial property. You will advise on property development, securing finance, landlord and tenant (leases, licences and tenancy agreements) and acquisitions and disposals.

You will be a qualified Solicitor at least 2 PQE with good hands on experience working in a Commercial Property team.
