Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Finance Assistant for a manufacturing company based in Poole.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will have responsibility for: posting cash and cheques to sales ledger, bank reconciliations, sending out invoices, liaising with customers and dealing with queries, chasing outstanding debt, filing and other ad hoc duties.

You will need to have previous accounts experience preferably in sales ledger/credit control and have good communication skills. Experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage but Excel skills are essential. Small friendly team, parking on site.
