Reservations Team Leader required for our client in Poole.

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the Reservations Consultants. This will include ensuring that the processes in the Reservations team run smoothly and that all team members are kept up-to-date on training. You will oversee all incoming and outgoing communication within your team. Also monitoring administrative tasks and ensuring that these are completed within the given time frames.

Previous reservations and customer service experience is essential.

Paying £8-8.25 per hour.

The hours for this vacancy will work on a rotational shift pattern:
8:30am to 5:30pm or 11am to 8pm.
This will include working approximately 2 weekends per month.

This is an ongoing temporary role.
