Commercial Manager required to join an expanding Dorset based organisation. Our client is looking for a Commercially astute Manager with an eye for detail and the ability to lead from the front, in a calm, approachable manner.

This candidate will be managing multiple areas within the business, overseeing sales and support staff and supervisors, on a daily basis.

Previous experience of Contract or Bid management, sales and retention, processes, as well as an extremely good eye for excel and numerical related duties is essential for this role. The commercial manager will be managing a diverse team so previous people management experience is key to the overall success of the role and the ability to grow/develop the team in the future.
