Bond Williams Accounting & finance are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a large manufacturing site based in Poole.

Reporting to a General Manager and Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for providing financial leadership for the site in order to drive performance and meet financial targets. Specifically you will provide detailed reports and analysis/commentary on performance of the site, weekly and monthly forecasts and provide support and analysis around new products and business initiatives. In addition you will also provide support and challenge to the management team in its pursuit of continuous improvement.

You will need to be fully qualified (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with extensive commercial experience at senior/business partner level within a manufacturing environment, together with good knowledge of supply chain. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and communicate complex issues and solutions is essential. You will also need to be very IT literate and have strong knowledge of Excel and experience of MRP systems. Experience of Cognos useful.
