We are working alongside a well-established, leading Technology company in the Poole area and are currently recruiting for a Sales person (Telephone based) to add value to their fast growing sales team.

The successful Telemarking / Sales Generation will be required to generate, qualify and nurture inbound sales leads and develop effective relationships with outbound prospects from initial contact right through the sales cycle. You will build a strong relationship with the client from an account management perspective whilst also generating and following up on all inbound leads, in order to book high quality appointments. Inbound leads are generated through various means, including telephone, email, web chat and linked in campaigns and your role will be to follow up, qualify and book appointments as a result of these leads. An attractive basic salary and bonus / commission scheme is on offer, with the ability to earn uncapped commission on a sliding scale.

Working alongside the marketing team you will use new technologies to generate and manage leads throughout the nurturing process. You will maintain the CRM system, and also ensure appointments are in the account managers diaries. In addition you will liaise with account managers to manage appointment feedback.
