HR Administrator - Poole - Temporary (up to 6 months) - £9.50 to £10 p/h
Bond Williams are delighted to be working with a leading local employer in Dorset. Due to a number of key ongoing projects there is a requirement for 2 immediately available HR Administrators to join a versatile and experienced HR function.
Key responsibilities will include:-
· To provide consistent high quality proactive and reactive HR administration
· Handle telephone, email and face to face enquiries in a discreet and credible manner
· To provide guidance/ support on basic HR queries, policies and procedures
· Manage the maintenance and filing of all people records
· Input and manage data, on a timely basis, on IS systems used by the department
· Continually look to improve processes and implement standard work that will increase efficiency, enhance customer experience and fully utilise new developments in our HR systems
· Log and track all HR enquiries to support production of accurate HR management information
· To manage, action/distribute incoming post
· To contribute to the HR team maintaining high standards of data security and integrity
· To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required
As the ideal candidate you will be immediately available, have solid HR administration experience and be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
