Experienced IT Manager required for an immediate start.
Duties
Manage the IT Team, ensuring transparency of current workload, workload planning and prioritisation.
Attend Monthly Management meetings and report on IT Activities.
Attend 6 Weekly Change Advisory Board meetings, chairing, facilitating and developing a prioritised backlog of work.
·Complete Due Diligence questionnaires from third parties.
·Enable relevant Subject Matter Expert to evaluate new and emerging technologies which may provide benefits to the business.
·Develop and manage IT procedures and documentation.
·Ensure provision of IT services to the business in line with agreed SLAs
·Align IT strategy with the Business Strategy.
·Coordinate business critical projects and provide information to senior management.
·Manage company-wide IT budget, including coordination of external vendors/contractors.
·Facilitate the SCRUM meetings and artefacts.
·Define standards, share knowledge and mentor members of the IT team
·Development of Business Continuity (Disaster Recovery Plan)
Skills & Knowledge
Development technology: An understanding of Development project methodology, requirements gathering, testing and sign off
Administration and Support skills: Man Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management and budget management.
Excellent communication skills.
