We are delighted to be recruiting for a full time, permanent Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager. We are looking for Team Leader / Manager who has experience of managing a team of sales or customer service advisors. You will be responsible for driving sales results through effective coaching, individual performance management and motivating your team to be successful.

Essential Skills/ Experience
• Team Leader/ Manager experience
• Experience of setting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and targets
• 1:2:1 performance reviews and coaching
• Setting incentives, motivating a team
• Managing attendance, sickness and recruitment
• Developing a business plan to increase sales figures, meet agreed targets and increase the presence of the organisation within the marketplace
