This is a terrific opportunity to join the Software Support and Consultancy Team for a growing, market leading Software Company. Our client delivers Dealer Management Software Tools into the Agricultural, Construction and Garden Machinery Dealers.

Their ideal candidate will have proven experience of software support and consulting; with ERP and / or Integrated Business Management Software packages, within either the Agricultural, Construction or similar environments. A background in business management software solutions in combination with a customer centric attitude is essential.

Job Description:

To integrate as part of the team of software support consultants who provide support and implementation services to a customer base throughout the UK and Ireland. The role focusses on office based telephone software support and occasional onsite consultancy and training as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

·Plan and deliver implementation and training services to new and existing clients.
·Continually develop knowledge of the core software system and the industry business processes.
·Contribute to continuous improvement of the support call management process and the consultancy service delivery process.

Job Qualifications:
·5 years in a role using, implementing and/or supporting Business Management/ERP/Accounting software.
·Some experience of software training and consulting preferred.
·Strong IT skills, in particular excellent Excel skills required for management reporting and business intelligence.

Experience of Access and data extraction is preferred.
·Experience in the agricultural, construction or garden machinery industry would be a bonus.
·Full, clean driver's license
