Administrator- Salary of £21,000- £23,000- Poole
Our client is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. Our client specialises in auto enrolment and is looking for a candidate who is prepared to learn. Good admin skills and a professional telephone manner is essential for this role.
Duties:
·Answering incoming calls
·Chasing up clients to complete the sign up process
·Dealing with general enquiries
·Speaking to people over an online chat on a adhoc basis
·Providing excellent service in a professional manner
·Administration
Experience Required:
·Previous admin and/ or customer service experience
·Excellent admin skills
·Very good organisational skills
·Good objection handling skills
·Pro- active
·GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
Benefits:
·23 days holiday plus the bank holidays
·Free parking
Working hours are 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday.
