Experienced Infrasture Engineer required to install, modify and configure Parkeon Back Office Systems to ensure specific or generic requirements are met. Capture customer requirements and translate to system requirements On-site commissioning of network devices to establish system wide communication Undertake on-site and in-house end-to-end system test activities Conduct on-site system updates Check the flow and integrity of transaction data Periodically confirm that installation instructions remain accurate Ensure software versions and system structures are as defined by the relevant design authority Diagnose and produce comprehensive reports of faults foundr Support the System Test Department when needed Ensure that system standards are maintained Provide third line support to the Technical Support Department as required Become acquainted with the relevant industry standards as required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide regular on-site support Produce regular status reports to the UK Engineering & Development Manager Contribute to interdepartmental communication in order to ensure that system transition from development to test department to customer site is smooth Contribute toward the improvement of applicable quality procedures Liaise with relevant representatives from the Client, Consultant or related suppliers as required Participate :·Very good knowledge of PCs, Windows and PC Networks ·Knowledge of CISCO device configuration is advantageous ·Knowledge of software development processes and best practices ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills Behavioural factors: Ability to fit into an existing team ·Must be prepared to work extra hours as required in order to achieve customer satisfaction Good interpersonal and communication skills ·Ability to work in a demand led environment showing both adaptability and problem solving skills ·Must strive for quality through meticulous testing and attention to detail·Full UK Driver's Licence·Current Passport
