L&D Trainer - Poole - £30k to £38k + benefits - Permanent

Bond Williams are delighted to be recruiting for a leading local employer who have established an enviable reputation in the immediate area. In the role of L&D Trainer you will Support the learning and development strategy by sourcing, designing, producing and delivering Learning and Development interventions and materials to required standards. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content is relevant, cost effective, accessible and effective. You will also lead on individual Learning and Development projects in line with current project methodology.

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in management/leadership programme design/delivery and be someone who can hold their own when challenged in a training environment. A large part of this role will be to work on the leadership programme and development of a suite of management development to complement this. The post holder will be the 'role model' for TNA, design and delivery, evaluation methodology and all aspects of the learning cycle within the newly forming L & D team. You will be joining a small existing team of training advisors whom they can assist and develop. Project work with the use of the organisation's internal project methodology will also be part of the role therefore an ability to pick up a brief, be planned/organised with experience of liaising with stakeholders and others to achieve would also be desirable.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:-
·Accredited or qualified – demonstrable L & D knowledge across learning cycle.
·Excellent delivery skills
·Good design skills
·Coaching skills
·Good experience of management/leadership programmes – various levels
·Credible
·Able to challenge appropriately
·Planned/organised
·Able to deal with some ambiguity
·Resilient in times of change
·Happy to work with a team who are developing their skills & assist the L & D manager in this area
·Willing to take ownership of a variety of work across the function to meet business needs as the function develops and grows in the behavioural area of learning
