Bond Williams Accounting & Finance have an exclusive Accounts Manager position for an established estate agency/lettings business based in Poole.

This is a stand alone position reporting to the Directors and would have responsibility for all financial aspects for 5 separate cost centres including: processing sales and purchase invoices, banking, cash flow, VAT returns, small monthly payroll (and RTI returns/year end), monthly management accounts, statutory returns and liaising with bank and auditors as required.

Previous all round financial experience is essential, together with advanced level Excel. Strong team mentality and a 'can do' attitude is also essential. Previous property management experience would be a distinct advantage as would Sage 50 and Sage Payroll. Very good working environment.
