HR Advisor - £30-32k – Poole – Part time – 6 month FTC

Our client based in Poole are currently recruiting for a part time HR Advisor to join this high profile and ambitious organisation. Your role will support the line managers with HR matters to include discipline, grievance, recruitment, training and development, pay, and employment. You will give professional advice concerning legal and policy issues, to participate in presentations/training sessions and provide line managers the support and advice required to handle absence and sickness issues. The ideal candidate will be at least part CIPD qualified and have a good understanding of employment law.
