Our client based in Poole, Dorset are looking for a Team Leader to join a fast paced well established organisation on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Your role will be to manage, motivate and develop your staff through effective performance management, encourage a learning/coaching and feedback culture working closely with your manager to drive performance.

You will support your team with monthly and annual reviews, monitor customer service levels to ensure they are met and monitor team productivity. In addition, you will monitor sickness and you will focus on project work and process improvements to prevent problems arising.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading, motivating and developing teams and be keen to progress your career. A flexible attitude is required as often client requirements change. The ideal candidate will also apply a creative approach to the role and be able to come up with new and innovative ideas to keep their teams motivated to succeed.
