Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Group Financial Accountant/Auditor for a large, global and highly successful manufacturing business based in Poole. Growth has been phenomenal over the last few years which has seen the company expand to operating in over 50 countries worldwide.

In this role you would be undertaking internal audit work in the UK and overseas (approx 60% of your time) including interrogation of financial records to assess risk/financial exposure, ensure compliance with group accounting policies and local legislation, assess the robustness of internal controls (including cash and stock). You would provide an audit report on each visit together with an agreed list of action points and timeframe for completion together with a summary report for submission to the Finance Director. In addition, you would assist the financial reporting team at year end including preparation of UK statutory accounts, group consolidation, assisting with transformation to FRS 102 and other ad hoc reporting and projects.

You would need to be ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong medium/large practice background, approx 2 years PQE and experience of multi-national groups and complex consolidations.
