Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting an Accounts Assistant with experience of sub-contractor payments for a medium sized construction business based in Poole.

You will have responsibility for ensuring that sub-contractor payments and reporting to HMRC are made accurately and on a timely basis including dealing with queries from sub-contractors and HMRC, maintaining database records, reconciling application and payment certificates and reconciling retentions owed.

You will need to have sound knowledge of the HMRC CIS scheme (payments and returns), strong Excel skills and purchase ledger experience. An AAT qualification would be preferred but not essential if CIS knowledge is strong. Friendly team, parking and pension offered. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
