Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting a Commercial Sales Manager to join this rapidly expanding distribution company in the Motor Industry. The Commercial Sales Manager will be fully responsible for driving the sales forward as well as developing a sales team.

Working as part of the management team you will establish and recommend sales targets/goals, manage and coordinate sales objectives and product lines to maximise opportunity and establish effective methods to coach, motivate and train your team. You will manage and develop existing accounts using your relationship building/ negotiation skills. You will forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams as well as developing business plans to ensure revenue growth.
As this role is in its infant stage you will implement sales policies, best practices and procedures as well as projecting short-term and long-term sales strategies. As part of the management team you will drive the business forward with competitive strategies, growing the sales of emerging product lines together with management of commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a background in sales and can demonstrate growing a small entrepreneurial company. A successful team motivator with the experience of nurturing a sales team to achieve success. You will have the ability to solve problems and analyse sales performance and market trends.
