Customer Support Advisor required for our client, based in Poole.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and expanding team working for a prestigious Global brand.
You will be responsible for making service calls to recent customers, measuring their satisfaction of their experience with our client.
Liaising between subcontractors, internal staff and customers there will also be an element of diary management and administration. You will provide customers with estimates and quotations.
This role is fast paced and varied.
Applicants will need to have a passion for customer service and an excellent telephone manner. Experience in a sales/ customer service environment would be beneficial.
Applicants will be computer literate, able to prioritise their workload; confident, enthusiastic and a good team player.
This is a temporary to permanent role.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week working 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Pay rate of £8.31ph, once permanent earnings could exceed £19k
