An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Personal Assistant/Recruitment Assistant to join a thriving and respected Search Consultancy in Poole, Dorset.

As the Personal Assistant/Recruitment Assistant you will support the Lead Consultant supporting them with the recruitment process, arranging interviews, meetings and arranging travel as well as taking feedback and messages on behalf of the consultant. You will also work very closely with the Office Manager and support the running of the office. You will perform general office administrative duties as well as directing calls and taking messages, full diary management, weekly and monthly reporting of figures as well as cleansing of the company database.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be pro-active, driven and organised and proficient using MS Office Programs. Previous experience of supporting a sales professional in within a fast paced environment is essential. If you are looking to move into a recruitment consultant role in the future this could be an excellent training ground for you.
