As a member of the Accounts Receivable Team and a member of the Customer Service Operations Department, you will help manage the credit risk, and invoice payments. The Loan Coordinator takes care of customers that take on loans for the refurbishment of their salons. This involves running on target reports to make sure that loans are being repaid in accordance with the loan contract. The loan person also takes responsibility for the trade accounts for the loan customers. This person is also responsible for payment targets such as risk money and payscore, customer satisfaction and compliance with internal controls.

Important Responsibilities : Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to 1)managing the action plan for customers (15 days and 30 days overdue terms) 2) Direct Debit customers for loans & monthly instalments 3) Query management and credit card payments over the phone 4) outgoing calls to overdue customers 5) Interest runs quarterly 6) Internal control checks 7) Reconciliation of loan & trade accounts
Hitting daily cycle timings is essential in AR to ensure orders flow smoothly and customers are provided with excellent service. Loan Co-ordinator must maintain their ledger scores and action plan on a daily basis whilst managing the loan accounts. Running statements quarterly for trade and loan – An understanding of Default notices
ARC'S manage large ledgers and have to make decisions throughout the day around risk and the release of new orders. This is a fast paced business which requires individuals to balance data and customer knowledge to make sensible decisions quickly.
The AR Team have extensive contact with the customers and often have to discuss sensitive issues around payment so being able to work with a range of people is essential. The AR team also have to work closely with CBD, OGI, OM and finance

The Loan Co-ordinator must have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated affinity for dealing with customers. Having solid PC literacy is required and experience with SAP is a plus
Strong preference will be given to candidates with banking experience including direct debit amendments, shortfalls, overpayments, returned payments, default notices, notice of termination.
