An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join a successful Catering/Food Supplier in Poole, Dorset.

You will be responsible for the telemarketing team who are required to contact existing, lapsed and potential customers to promote the company's products and special offers to achieve maximum sales potential. Reporting to the managing director, you will be responsible for achieving high team targets in a demanding environment whilst ensuring the smooth and efficient running and management of the team.

Your role will be to manage, motivate and develop your Sales Staff and Night Order Processors through effective performance management, encouraging a learning and feedback culture to drive performance within your team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of managing a Sales/Telemarketing team in a high pressured office environment.
