1st Line Support / Call Handler – Poole – Circa £17k Circa

As the 1st Line Support / Call Handler, you will be the first contact point within the support team of our prestigious client, you will be tasked with taking incoming support call and emails, logging them and raising a support tickets for external customers. You must come across in a pleasant manner and have excellent customer service skills and a great telephone manner

Suitable candidates should possess:
• Previous 1st line support experience
• Great Customer service skills
• Great telephone manner
• Previous experience of raising, logging support calls
