Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for a Call Centre Senior Operations Manager to join this highly successful brand leading outsourcing company. As the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for over 300 full time contact centre staff making a significant impact on how the business meets its goals and objectives giving you exposure to a multi-cultured and dynamic global organisation. Duties will be to provide a visible and effective leadership model to the call centre operation, to consistently monitor and review operational activity, identifying and implementing improvements, provide a tailor and supportive training programme, lead and contribute to business projects and take responsibility to develop your departments talent and management of behaviour driving a fair and productive working environment. Another key element of your role will be to manage effectively stakeholders and business interfaces with key external parties impacting service delivery, ensuring relationships are maintained. Our client is looking for a call centre operations manager who has a proven history of client and contract exposure as well as an individual who has worked within a similar out sourcing (BPO) environment. A proven leader with experience of interpreting operational data and its effect on customer service, commercial awareness, process driven and self -motivated.
