Enquiry Specialist required for our client in Poole.

Your key responsibility is to increase business opportunities and ensure customer loyalty within the business.

You will respond to all New and Used vehicle enquiries via telephone or web. Through effective use of customer data, you will maximise the number of finance customers retained. This will include organising contact points and arranging appointments for existing and potential customers.

You will contact existing customers to survey their satisfaction with the service they have experienced. On occasion, you may also be required to assist with promotions and events.

This role is situated within a modern office building in a growing business. The business and role would be suited to a car enthusiast.

This is a temp to perm role.

Paying £8.31 per hour. Once permanent, the salary is £16K basic with an OTE of £21K.

However, commission is uncapped.

Hours will vary between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, working 1 Saturday in 4. This you will get back in lieu.
