A Senior Marketing Manager, required to join a highly successful market leading company in Poole, Dorset. The main focus of the role is to provide the marketing support in order to generate and deliver sales leads to achieve the companies growth and commercial objectives.

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for generating leads and prospect sales from the telemarketing process and will include overseeing the telemarketing teams. You will develop a highly focused motivated marketing and telemarketing team that operates "best- in- class" – coordinated, automated and integrated –demand generation processes. You will write powerful and engaging sales documents to include newsletters etc. You will have an eye for detail, be full of energy and results orientated.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing manager who has led a small team in the past. You will have a successful track record of success in marketing demand generation roles that include telemarketing and tele prospecting. It would also be desirable you have had exposure to CRM systems and also marketing automation systems.
