Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a Poole based group of companies specialising in a niche service business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you would be responsible for providing financial and management information for a number of entities within the group including bookkeeping, maintaining control accounts, multiple bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly management accounts, co-ordinating budgets with senior managers, cash flow analysis and forecasting and preparation of annual accounts and audit files and other ad hoc financial project work as required. In addition you would have staff management responsibility in the absence of the Finance Director including some training and development. Some travel between sites would also be required so own transport and driving licence is essential.

You will need to be CCAB finalist or qualified with significant experience of monthly and statutory accounts preparation, together with good knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel and staff management experience. In addition, excellent communication skills are needed and the ability to liaise well with non-financial people. Good working environment and benefits.
