HR Advisor - up to £35k - Poole - 12 month FTC

Our client based in Poole, Dorset are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their high profile and ambitious organisation. Your role will support the line managers with HR matters to include discipline, grievance, recruitment, training and development, pay, and employment. You will give professional advice concerning legal and policy issues, to participate in presentations/training sessions and provide line managers the support and advice required to handle absence and sickness issues. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of TUPE regulations and be in the process of studying CIPD. A good understanding of employment law would be advantageous.
