Our client based in Poole, Dorset are seeking an office administrator/customer service advisor to join this well-known and highly successful large company. The role will be to investigate into customer accounts, answering queries and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills as well as the ability to resolve queries and pay great attention to detail. You will have knowledge of MS Excel and Word as well as very strong communication skills. A strong mathematical background would be ideal as well as the ability to analyse information and solve problems. In return the company offer a fantastic working environment, close to the rail station and superb benefits. Hours are 9-5.
