Change Lead - Poole - Up to £50k - Until Mar 2016

Due to an exciting period of development there is now an opportunity for a strong, experienced Change Lead to help deliver successful and sustainable change. It is a great time to join the organisation on a significant period of transformational change and an individual with strong business acumen will be well suited to the role.

Key Responsibilities
· Create and implement change management strategies
· Provide expert advice and guidance regarding change management approach ensuring consistent application of the organisation's methodology.
· Coach and mentor colleagues and key stakeholders to develop understanding, awareness and confidence in managing change.
· Work with other change leads to ensure collaboration of organisational change activity.
· Identify and manage stakeholders tailoring appropriate communication according to their needs using various tools.
· Work credibly and collaboratively with key stakeholders in order to challenge, question, influence and contribute effectively.
· Create and implement key change management documentation such as: communications plan, stakeholder engagement and management plan, coaching plan, resistance management plan and training plan.
· Facilitate the creation of change impact assessments in order to identify, analyse and prepare change impact mitigation tactics.
· Work with business colleagues to suggest innovative, insightful and creative solutions for removing or mitigating any negative impacts of change.
· Support colleagues that are responsible for the transition and implementation of any people changes.
· Coordinate efforts with other specialists and integrate change management activities into project plans and organisational strategies.
· Evaluate and ensure user readiness, adoption and sustainment; capturing lessons learnt and identifying opportunities for further improvement.
· Manage stakeholders, track and report issues and define and measure success metrics to monitor change progression.
