Customer Relationship Advisor required for our client, based in Poole.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in relation to ownership of their vehicle in line with specific brand requirements and measurement of their customer satisfaction. You will also be required to take all bookings for any necessary service work with the customer by telephone, obtaining all necessary details in respect of work required, nature of problems and wherever possible identifying specific faults.

Candidates will ideally have sales and customer service experience.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week working 0830 – 5.00 Monday to Friday. Pay rate of £8.31ph, once permanent earnings could exceed £19k.
