HR Manager - Poole - £35k to £40k - 12 month FTC

As HR Manager you will lead the Adviser team within the organisation, to deliver a professional and efficient advisory service covering HR case work, reorganisations, policy, management guidelines and people management workshops. You will also continually seek improvements in process and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
·Manage, motivate and develop an agile, high performing team to deliver a consistent professional and credible HR advisory service with a risk based approach
·Work with the team to proactively identify and implement standard work and improved processes, policies, guidelines and templates in order to deliver a consistent customer service
·Develop a managers tool kit and people management training provision to build management capability across the organisation
·Build, develop and regularly review service level agreements for the Adviser team and create a framework of standards and measures
·Ensure the workload is managed effectively across the team to respond to peaks in demands and cover for absence
·Work in collaboration with other teams within the HR department to ensure a one team, one approach and to utilise specialisms where necessary
·Deliver HR initiatives in line with the wider organisational development and HR department strategy
·Apply appropriate and pragmatic solutions to a problem knowing when to fix and when to coach
·Keep up to date with external influences and best practice
·To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required.
